Solutions to common issues

I want to get TNP by email instead of text (or vice versa).

No problem! Just login to your account above and you can switch.

The emails are not going to my inbox.

This is most commonly caused by Gmail inadvertently placing our emails in the "Promotions tab." Thankfully there's an easy fix.

Simply find an email from us in the Promotions tab and drag it into "Primary" (if you're on mobile, you can "move to" Primary). Then click "yes" when asked if it should "Do this for future messages?"

What if I don't use Gmail?

If you don't use Gmail check your spam folder and try adding us as a contact in your address book.
