Supreme Court rejects J&J appeal
The Supreme Court rejected an appeal from Johnson & Johnson seeking to overturn a $2B verdict in favor of women who say they developed ovarian cancer from using Johnson & Johnson talc products. The company faces thousands of lawsuits from women who claim asbestos in the powder caused their cancer.
