Florida Governor signs transgender-related sports bill into law
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) signed a transgender-related bill into law yesterday that requires participation on sports teams designated for females, women, or girls to be determined by biological sex at birth. The new law applies to public school sports teams and is scheduled to come into effect on July 1.
