Typhoon Vamco hit the Philippines yesterday, killing at least 39 people and leaving nearly 4M households without power. Vamco is the second powerful typhoon to hit the Philippines this month, following Typhoon Goni (which killed over 30 people and caused nearly 400k to evacuate their homes).
