USPS unveils 10-year plan

The USPS unveiled a 10-year plan to achieve “financial sustainability and service excellence” yesterday. The plan includes a wide range of initiatives such as pricing changes, cost reductions, and technology improvements. The initiative aims to help the USPS operate at break-even by 2023 (avoiding an estimated $160B of losses over the next decade). See the full plan here.
