US surpasses 300k coronavirus deaths
The US surpassed 300k coronavirus deaths yesterday, 11 months after the first domestic case was reported. The grim milestone came on the same day that Americans began receiving the first doses of a newly-approved vaccine made by Pfizer and BioNTech (which is expected to become widely available next year).
