Uber sells air-taxi division to Joby Aviation

Uber announced plans to sell its air taxi division (Uber Elevate) to Joby Aviation yesterday. The deal marks Uber’s second sale of a non-core or unprofitable business unit this week, following the sale of its self-driving car unit announced on Monday.
