SpaceX launched 60 additional Starlink satellites yesterday, bringing the total to over 1,000. Starlink aims to enable high-speed internet globally (particularly in rural communities) via a constellation of orbiting satellites. It expanded its “better than nothing” public beta (first launched in October) to the UK earlier this month.
Extra: The launch reused a Falcon 9 rocket for the eighth time (a new record).
