Senate approves bill making Juneteenth a holiday

The Senate unanimously approved a bill yesterday that would make Juneteenth a legal public holiday. The date (celebrated on June 19th) commemorates the end of slavery in the US. The bill is expected to receive approval in the House before being signed into law by President Biden.
