SCOTUS rules on ACA

The Supreme Court rejected a challenge to the Affordable Care Act, ruling 7-2 that a group of states led by Texas did not have legal standing to bring their lawsuit. The case marks the latest challenge to the ACA (frequently referred to as “Obamacare”), including two other cases heard by the Supreme Court.
