SCOTUS agrees to hear abortion case
The Supreme Court agreed to hear a case related to a Mississippi law that seeks to ban abortions after 15 weeks. The law was previously blocked in a lower court, which ruled that states can regulate but not ban abortion procedures prior to viability. Arguments are expected to take place in the fall, with a ruling in 2022.
