Rocket attack in Iraq kills one, injurs eight

A rocket attack in northern Iraq yesterday killed a civilian contractor and wounded at least eight others (including a US service member). A  little-known Shiite militant group calling itself the “Guardians of Blood Brigade” claimed responsibility for the attack. The strike drew widespread condemnation from leaders including Iraqi President Barham Saleh and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
