Railroads merge to create first US-Canada-Mexico ralway

Canadian Pacific Railway announced plans to acquire Kansas City Southern for $29B, creating the first rail network connecting the US, Mexico, and Canada. The transaction still requires regulatory approval and is expected to close in 2022.
