Protesters gather in Minnesota
Protesters gathered last night in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota after Daunte Wright (a Black man) was shot by police during a traffic stop. Local authorities said that Wright was shot after re-entering his vehicle while police attempted to take him into custody (due to an outstanding warrant). He subsequently drove several blocks before crashing and dying at the scene. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
