Paypal launches cryptocurrency service

PayPal announced the launch of a new cryptocurrency service yesterday. The service will initially allow users to buy, sell, and hold cryptocurrencies (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin), and starting next year the company plans to allow users to pay for goods at PayPal merchants using the currencies. 

Extra: With over 340M users globally, PayPal is among the largest and highest-profile payment platforms to adopt the use of cryptocurrencies.
