US informs Russia that it will not rejoin Open Skies Treaty
The US informed Russia that it will not rejoin the Open Skies Treaty yesterday, asserting that the treaty (which allowed 35 member-states to conduct observational flights over each other’s territories) has been “undermined by Russia’s violations.”
