NRA files for bankruptcy protection and plans Texas reincorporation

The National Rifle Association (NRA) filed for bankruptcy protection last Friday and announced plans to reincorporate in Texas, amid an ongoing legal battle in New York. In August, the New York attorney general filed a suit seeking to dissolve the NRA, alleging the misuse of $64M over three years by executives.
