The US economy added 245k jobs in November and the unemployment rate fell slightly from 6.9% to 6.7%. The November tally came in below economist expectations of 440k, and total nonfarm payrolls (i.e. jobs in the US economy) remain down 6% (or 10M) from pre-coronavirus levels in February.
