Severe rains and flooding kill four in TN

Severe rains and flooding killed at least four people in Tennessee over the weekend. Nashville (the state capital) received over seven inches of rain, marking the second-highest two-day total on record. At least 130 people have been rescued thus far, and rescue and recovery efforts are ongoing.
