Kentucky signs bipartisan voting legislation

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear signed a bipartisan voting bill into law yesterday. The bill establishes three days of early voting and allows counties to set up voting centers where any registered voter in the county can cast their ballot (regardless of their precinct). Kentucky is one of several states to enact or begin reviewing voting-related legislation in recent weeks.
