1. The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee released its final report on the Boeing 737 Max. The report notes that a combination of design flaws, faulty assumptions, and management failures (by both Boeing and the FAA) played “instrumental and causative roles” in the errors leading to the plane’s two fatal crashes.
