Haven Healthcare set to shut down in February

Haven Healthcare, a joint venture launched by Amazon, JP Morgan, and Berkshire Hathaway, will shut down in February. The company was launched in 2018 in an effort to improve healthcare services and lower costs for employees across the three companies. While details on the shutdown were not provided, the firms are expected to collaborate informally on healthcare initiatives going forward.
