Global VC funding reaches record in Q1
Global venture capital funding reached a record $125B in Q1, according to Crunchbase. The tally marks a 94% increase over the same period last year. The increase was driven primarily by a surge in “late-stage” funding, which grew from $39B to $86B. Here’s the full report.
