Democrats sweep Georgia runoffs
Both Democratic candidates won their respective elections in the Senate runoffs in Georgia yesterday, according to projections from the Associated Press. The wins will give the Democratic party simultaneous control over the House, Senate, and White House for the next two years (and for first the time since 2011).
