Biden administration extends foreclosure moratorium

The Biden administration extended a coronavirus-driven moratorium on home foreclosures through June 30 yesterday. The program (initially implemented under the Trump administration) was previously set to expire at the end of March. The extension also applies to mortgage payment forbearance programs for homeowners (source).
