FDA releases documents suggesting Pfizer vaccine meets success criteria

The FDA released documents suggesting that Pfizer and BioNTech’s vaccine met the success criteria required for emergency approval yesterday. The documents were released ahead of a meeting tomorrow to discuss potential authorization. The companies received emergency approval from UK regulators last week, with the first patients receiving doses yesterday.
