DHS issues national terrorism bulletin, does not identify specific threat

The Department of Homeland Security issued a national terrorism bulletin warning of the potential for violence from “Domestic Violent Extremists” yesterday. While the bulletin does not name any specific threats, it cites a “heightened threat environment” that the DHS believes will persist in the coming weeks (following the presidential inauguration last week).
