Cuomo says he will not resign, apologizes in wake of sexual harassment allegations

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said he will not resign yesterday and apologized for acting in a way that “made people feel uncomfortable” following a third allegation of sexual harassment. NY Attorney General Letitia James is leading an investigation into the allegations.
