One year since WHO declared coronavirus as pandemic
Today marks one year since the World Health Organization formally labeled the coronavirus as a pandemic. Over 118M cases have been reported globally to date (including 2.6M deaths and 94M recoveries), and over 29M cases have been reported in the US (including 529k deaths and 61M recoveries). Meanwhile, over 62M people in the US have received at least one vaccine dose. President Biden will deliver remarks on the ongoing pandemic tonight at 8pm ET.
