President Trump fired Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director Christopher Krebs yesterday in response to recent election-security related statements that the President criticized as “highly inaccurate.” Krebs’ recent comments followed a statement released by a coalition of state and federal election security officials (including the CISA) last week which noted that there is “no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised” in the 2020 presidential election.
