Canada approves Pfizer vaccine

Canadian regulators granted approval for the coronavirus vaccine made by Pfizer and BioNTech yesterday. The vaccine received emergency approval in the UK last week, and an FDA panel will meet today to determine whether to grant emergency use authorization in the US.
