Bitcoin reaches $50k for the first time
The price of Bitcoin surpassed $50k for the first time yesterday. The cryptocurrency is up nearly 80% this year, driven in part by growing corporate and institutional adoption (including recent initiatives from Mastercard, BNY Mellon, and Tesla).
