Inaguration Day: Joe Biden to be the 46th president of the United States

Joe Biden is set to be inaugurated today as the 46th president of the United States. He will be sworn in at noon on the west side of the US Capitol building (the same site as the US Capitol riot two weeks ago) before giving an inaugural address. Vice President-elect Harris will also take the oath of office, becoming the first woman, Black person, and person of South Asian descent to hold the position.
