The Commission on Presidential Debates announced topics and operational changes for the final presidential debate on Thursday. Meanwhile, the microphone of the candidate who is not speaking during the opening remarks for each topic will be turned off (following the first debate, which was marked by frequent interruptions and widely characterized as chaotic).
